Future Clinks

We are now in the final stages of selecting our next three H.M.P. sites to build Clink training restaurants in order to train more prisoners in the UK.

Christmas in The Clink

Christmas in The Clink was a great success again. We were fully booked every day throughout November and December and we served over 1,347 members of the public. The Christmas menu was well received and the overall feedback from diners was that it was just as good as last year’s menu if not better!

New Chef Ambassador

We are pleased to announce that renowned gastronome, Antonio Carluccio, has agreed to become our second Chef Ambassador joining fellow Italian and Michelin star chef Giorgio Locatelli. Tales from the Potting Shed

The warmer weather we have been experiencing, compared to recent years, has meant we have been able to continue with digging over and incorporating farmyard manure into the plot areas.
