Kane takes on London’s Warrior Dash

Kane Sterling, administration manager at The Clink Charity and graduate from The Clink Restaurant will be taking part in the 2012 London Warrior Dash on 23rd June to raise money for The Clink Charity.
The Warrior Dash is the world’s largest running series where entrants race to complete an extreme 5km course filled with 12 challenging obstacles and a lot of mud!

One Wimpole Street and Chandos House visit The Clink

On Thursday 12th April, the teams from One Wimpole Street and Chandos House visited The Clink for an away day, to discuss and plan their strategies and events for the forthcoming year. Vinum is Latin for “wine”

The Clink is pleased to announce that it has partnered with respected wine merchants Vinum (Vinum is Latin for “wine”). Vinum, a wine importer, specialising in Italian wine, has recently taken on a wine produced in Piedmont by the prisoners of The Casa Circonda Riale Giuseppe Montalto, in collaboration with the local enology school Istituto Superiore Distato Umberto I in Alba. The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards

On Sunday 15th April, Chef Al Crisci, founder and trustee, was awarded a Diploma from the Craft Guild of Chefs Honours and Awards Committee at the Annual General Meeting 2012, held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington. 
Al was awarded the accolade by the guild for his outstanding contribution towards the education and training of the hospitality industry and for his “great and continued support in the promotion and aims of the Craft Guild of Chefs”.

On Thursday 26th April 2012, legendary Swiss Chef, Anton Mosimann OBE, will be offering his support and culinary expertise to The Clink Charity as he hosts an exclusive fundraising lunch at The Clink Restaurant to raise awareness, support and funds for the charity.
