Graduate Update

It’s been a busy couple of months since our last newsletter and we’re pleased to let you know we have released nine graduates into employment across the three restaurants and taken on nine new trainees.

We have released our first graduate from The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton, having completed six months training to achieve his NVQ level 2 City and Guilds certificate in Food Service.

Our nine graduates are working in a variety of establishments following their release, including high street restaurant chains, fine dining restaurants, gastro pubs and luxury hotels.

With the kitchen and front of house teams busy with day to day service we’ve also been finalising our Christmas menus – strange to think when the weather has been so beautiful outside.
