Top honours for Clink founders

Alberto Crisci MBE, founder and director of Clink Events, has been awarded the Prince Philip Medal. The award honours those who have made the most of their talents and seen significant success since completing their City & Guilds qualification. The final preparations are underway for The Clink Charity’s second cookbook, due to be launched in autumn 2016 .
The Clink’s Quick and Easy Cookbook will feature recipes such as bang bang prawns, easy peasy tart and cuq a la biere created by Clink trainees, ambassadors and head chefs.

Institute of Directors joins forces with The Clink

The Institute of Directors (IoD), the UK’s longest running organisation for professional leaders, has teamed up with The Clink Charity to host a socially responsible fundraising dinner on Tuesday 6 September.
Chef, writer and regular BBC Saturday Kitchen guest Daniel Galmiche and IoD chefs will create the menu alongside The Clink Charity’s external events catering initiative Clink Events.
