The Clink Charity are delighted to introduce and welcome two new chef ambassadors in the past month.
Omero Gallucci joins us as Chef Ambassador for The Clink Restaurant at HMP High Down. Omero has a wealth of experience including holding the title of Executive Pastry Chef at the Marriott Hotel in Poland and winning numerous awards including the gold medal from the Chefs and Cooks Circle, Plames Culinaire and Craft Guild of Chefs to name a few.
