Lemon, sugar, chocolate spread or savoury…. however you eat your pancakes, a stack of the sweet treats is the only dessert you should enjoy on Shrove Tuesday. Try this delicious recipe of blueberry pancakes with maple syrup from The Clink Desserts Cookbook.

Royal Visit at The Clink Styal

At The Clink Styal we were delighted to receive a Royal Visit from the Duchess of Cornwall on 24 January.
The Duchess learnt how training and working in the restaurant and gaining NVQ qualifications is transforming the lives of women in HMP Styal.
