Christmas is the season for goodwill to all and there is nowhere better to celebrate the festive season than at The Clink Restaurant.
The menu has the festive favourites including roast turkey with apricot and sage stuffing and pigs in blankets followed by traditional Christmas pudding, but also a tantalising range of fine dishes for those wanting something different. These dishes include crab and smoked salmon mousse with pickled fennel, pumpkin seeds and grapefruit dressed chicory for starters, roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding and a dessert of dark chocolate and peanut cremeux with banana ice cream, grilled cocoa nibs and white chocolate coulis.
Our restaurants will also be serving an elegant festive afternoon tea with delicate sandwiches, scones and cakes all with a Christmas twist. These treats include turkey and cranberry sandwiches, spiced pear charlotte and Christmas cake fool.
By lunching at a Clink Restaurant, diners are helping prisoners in training gain valuable real-life experience which will change their lives. The skills and qualifications gained whilst training allow trainees the opportunity to obtain employment upon release and in turn, reduce reoffending.
The three-course festive lunch is £29.95 per person including coffee and mini mince pie and the three-course festive dinner is £39.95 including a mocktail. The afternoon tea is £15.95 per person with a selection of speciality teas or £19.95 per person with the mocktail of the day or a glass of non-alcoholic mulled wine.
