The Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton provides high quality artisanal baked products, created by people in prison studying towards City & Guilds NVQ qualifications. We offer two main ways for customers to order:

For friends and families sending to an enhanced prisoner at HMP Brixton.

It is also possible to discuss wholesale and bespoke requests with the Clink Bakery directly, by emailing us at bakery@theclinkrestaurant.com.

For Christmas orders, please note that there will be no deliveries on the 9^th and 16^th December.

For deliveries on the 2^nd December, last orders are on the 27^th November at Midday.

For deliveries on the 23^rd December, last orders are on the 18^th December at Midday.

The bakery will be closed over the Festive period, from the 23^rd December 2025 to 5^th January 2026, with normal deliveries resuming on the 6^th January 2026.
