The Clink Restaurant at HMP Styal is thrilled to be welcoming back the Chester Male Voice Choir for a second year for a special performance in aid of The Clink Charity on Saturday 24th November.
Enjoy a four-course meal and a non-alcoholic mocktail on arrival accompanied by songs from the choir throughout the evening.
The menu will be:
Amuse bouche: Tempura vegetables with honey and ginger dip
Starter: Maple-glazed hot smoked salmon, potato salad, avocado mousse, soused cucumber
Main course: Boudin of chicken filled with pancetta and sage farce, dauphinoise potatoes, charred gem and shallot puree
Dessert: Mulled pear and almond, vanilla ice cream and orange gel
Tickets are £39.95 per person and must be booked in advance here. Arrival from 6.30pm for a 7pm dinner.
