On Wednesday 21st March, all four of The Clink Restaurants will be taking part in Gout de France, or Good France, as it is more commonly known in the UK. The art of French cooking will be celebrated and our prisoner learners will have the chance to gain new experience in French cuisine while working towards their professional City & Guilds NVQ qualifications.

The dishes available at the restaurants on the day are:

The Clink Restaurant, High Down

2 courses for £19.95

Main course:Confit of duck served with garlic sauté potatoes, mange tout, classic jus

Dessert: Creme brulee

The Clink Restaurant, Brixton

Braised cod in saffron broth, palourde, mussels

 

The Clink Restaurant, Styal

3 courses for £24.95. Please note that this is the only lunch menu that will be served at our Styal restaurant on the day.

Starter: Baked camembert, homemade rustic French bread

Main course: Fillet steak, beef bourguignon sauce, Dauphinoise potatoes

Dessert: Creme brulee
