If you’re looking for somewhere different to dine of an evening, then visit The Clink Restaurants at Styal, Brixton or Cardiff. A new gourmet menu is available featuring seasonal ingredients, delicious starters and tasty main courses.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on offer at the restaurants…
Starter: Pressed guinea fowl and ham terrine, pickled baby veg & soda bread croutons
Second course: soused mackerel, pink grapefruit, spring onion, lemon-infused crumbs (available at Cardiff & Styal only)
Main: Roast corn-fed chicken breast, braised leg, pearl barley, glazed heritage carrots, wild mushrooms and mustard sauce Soubise
Dessert: Dark chocolate and orange delice, orange crisp tuile, salted caramel ice cream

Opening times & prices:
Styal: Friday & Saturday nights. Four courses for £39.95. Sittings available from 5.30pm – 7.30pm.
Brixton: Thursday nights, 6 – 9pm. Four courses £39.95.
Cardiff: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Four courses £39.95.
