The Clink Charity are delighted to announce that our High Down restaurant will reopen on Tuesday 28th June, after being closed for over 2 years due to the pandemic. The training team and our students have been working on a delicious summer menu ready to welcome diners back for the first time since March 2020.
Our menu features seasonal dishes which have been created using the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the Clink Gardens at HMP High Down. Our front of house team have also worked on a brand new non-alcoholic cocktail menu too – the mint lemonade is sure to be a favourite!
The restaurant will open for lunch one day a week on Tuesdays to slowly ease our new students back in to working in a real-life restaurant with dining guests. We are so excited to be able to reopen our first ever Clink restaurant and we look forward to welcoming you for lunch very soon. Please support our students by booking a table here.
