We are truly honoured to announce that The Clink Charity have won this year’s prestigious Robin Corbett Award for Prisoner Reintegration.
During a special awards ceremony at the House of Lords on Tuesday 9th June, our Chief Executive Donna-Marie Edmonds was presented with a glass plaque, donated by the Timpson Group, and £5,000 which will help us continue to provide vital support for prison leavers across all our programmes.
On the award win, Donna-Marie Edmonds commented: ‘“The Clink Charity is thrilled to have been named as the winner of the Robin Corbett Award 2026. After 16 years of delivering hospitality and horticulture projects in prisons that reduce reoffending by supporting returning citizens to gain education, skills, and employment support to reintegrate into society and shape for themselves a bright new future, this award offers recognition of the impact of our work. We are proud to serve our beneficiaries and to participate in The Corbett Network with Lady Val, bringing the best change-makers together to collaborate in reforming our prison and probation system.”
Our huge congratulations also go to the Highly Commended and Commended charities who were also recognised for their dedication to prisoner reintegration. Coming Home Project, awarded Highly Commended, believe women involved in the criminal justice system need more person-focused, preventative, community support after release. Forests With Impact, awarded Commended, create job opportunities by establishing commercial tree nurseries in three UK prisons.
The Robin Corbett Award for Prisoner Reintegration is proudly sponsored by The Hadley Trust, a grant-making charity focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged people, with a focus on criminal justice and young people. We are so proud of our entire team of trainers, managers, chefs, support workers, head office and most importantly, our students, who consistently show dedication to our mission of preventing and reducing reoffending.
