Our delicious starters include pickled oyster mushroom salad, rabbit & pistachio terrine and smoked haddock scotch egg with curried mayonnaise. Main courses include fillet of pork with udon noodles and Asian-spiced broth and chickpea, courgette and bulgur wheat ratatouille. Finish off your meal with raspberry & elderflower panna cotta, white chocolate pot with citrus bubbles & lemon polenta cookies and Eton mess with coconut cream and strawberries.

Don’t forget that we also serve a gourmet dinner menu and Sunday lunch at Brixton, Cardiff and Styal so there are plenty of opportunities to dine with us and help a prisoner train towards a second chance at life. The new menu starts today at Brixton, Cardiff and High Down and from Tuesday 18th June at Styal.
