Standard retail orders are usually fulfilled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Items are dispatched by second class post and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Gift vouchers are physical items (not e-vouchers) and must be used within six months from the date of purchase. Our High Down and Cardiff restaurants are closed so you will be unable to redeem your gift vouchers in those locations.
