To celebrate the reopening, Adam worked closely with The Clink Restaurant’s kitchen and front-of-house students, sharing his extensive hospitality expertise through a series of masterclasses in the lead-up to the event. Drawing on his experience at one of London’s leading luxury hotels, Adam provided valuable insight into both culinary excellence and professional restaurant service.

The students then put their learning into practice during a special reopening lunch, helping to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests. The event provided valuable real-life experience, enabling students to develop their skills, build confidence and experience the pace and standards of a professional hospitality environment.

   

The Clink Charity is committed to reducing reoffending by supporting people in prison with training, qualifications and pathways into employment. Opportunities to learn from industry leaders such as Adam Bateman play an important role in helping students gain the knowledge, confidence and practical experience needed to secure meaningful careers upon release.
