Join us for an evening of inspiration as The Clink’s chefs take over the kitchen at M Restaurant in Victoria on Saturday 27th July.
Head chef Paul Clarkson will be assisted by a team of Clink graduates including Kevin and Eddie from The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton. The team will prepare and cook a delicious four course menu with a glass of champagne on arrival.
The menu on the evening:
Amuse bouche
Starter: beef shin tortellini, spiced tomato sauce, black olive tapenade, herb salad
Main course: pan roast rump of lamb, dauphinoise potato, vegetables from The Clink Gardens at HMP Send, wild garlic pesto, rosemary and redcurrant jus
Dessert: dark chocolate torte, burnt honey ice cream, honeycomb, blackcurrant coulis
Tickets are £45 and available to book here. All proceeds raised from ticket sales and on the evening will go to help us support more prisoners in training and ultimately reduce reoffending.
