On Saturday 27th July, The Clink team took over the kitchen at M Restaurant in Victoria to cook and serve a delicious four-course meal for 70 guests. The event marked the third year of the Young Chef of the Year contest which celebrates a wealth of young talent in the hospitality industry.
The kitchen team included Clink chef trainer Paul Clarkson and graduates from The Clink’s training programme. Guests on the evening, including Clink Trustee Jeremy Paxman, were treated to a menu of cured salmon, beef shin tortellini, roast rump of lamb and dark chocolate torte with burnt honey ice cream.
