The Clink Charity is delighted to announce that The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton has been awarded their third AA Rosette.
The AA Rosette has been recognising outstanding cooking across the UK for over 70 years. Introduced in 1956, it was the UK’s first nationwide scheme dedicated to assessing the quality of food served in restaurants and hotels. Today, it remains one of the most established and trusted markers of culinary excellence in the UK and Ireland. We are thrilled that our Brixton team, both front and back of house, have been recognised for their hard work and dedication.
Ana Camara, General Manager Trainer, said of the award: “[It’s] testimony to the amazing work, resilience and belief of everyone involved. We couldn’t have done it without our learners and for them, we keep climbing mountains.”
At its heart, the AA Rosette is about celebrating great cooking.
Please come and support our students with their training and book a table for a weekday lunch, Sunday lunch or Thursday night dinner. Book your table to enjoy our summer menus here.
