On Wednesday 31st January, The Clink Restaurant in Cardiff will partner with Purple Poppadom, amulti-award winning restaurant pioneeringNouvelleIndian Cuisine in Cardiff. The restaurantis an ever-evolving story which constantly unfolds as new ingredients and combinations of tastes and flavours are discovered. It is a story of combining the traditional with the new as expressed by head chef Anand George.
On the evening, Anand will work with The Clink team to deliver a delicious seven course taster menu. The menu will be as follows:
Amuse bouche of lentil soup beetroot cake
Sea-bream, mint and coriander, heritage tomato, Malabar shrimps and string hoppers
Bombay chat, cardamom infused chicken tikka, lamb pattice
Crispy chicken, chilli garlic, coconut, kale and seeds
Homestyle beef curry, red rice and green lentil risotto
Cherry sorbet
Chocomosa and rose creme brulee
