The new spring menu is now available in all of our restaurants.
Delicious dishes including asparagus and Jersey Royal potato salad with lemon coulis, spiced chickpea ragu and lemon verbena creme brulee with a fennel seed flapjack and a dark chocolate shard. All of the dishes have been carefully picked to ensure that the prisoners in training are working towards the modules they need to complete their qualifications. At High Down, we’re celebrating 10 years of the restaurant being open. We have a special spring celebration menu on offer featuring dishes like heritage tomato tarte tatin, Surrey beef ragu with pappardelle pasta and trio of apples for dessert with a green apple panna cotta, spiced apple crumble and caramel apple sorbet.
